Katorea in Koto

Your standard Japanese bakery, but the draw is their tasty curry bread. They're always stocked with it, but it"s especially exciting drop-in and pick some up during their designated deep frying sessions (I think usually at 11am and 3pm? Don't quote me on that though. It might only be a weekend thing).

It was great. Was there at 10am and maybe not as hot as 7am or 11am. But still worth the trek from Shinjuku.

It's a good bread place and staff are friendly, but didn't blow me out of the water.

カレーパンが有名なお店。あまりパン屋さんを利用しないので比較はできませんがおいしいと思います。最近は平日でも焼き立て直後の時間じゃないと、カレーパンは売り切れてることが多いです。個人的には具のたっぷりなマヨコーンパンが美味しかったです。

This shop hails the original“karei-pan” or curry bun.

All the food was very good and the staff was very nice. We went to breakfast every day while we were in Tokyo.
